Learning Designer, Project Manager & Facilitator
For any form of learning to occur, change is mandatory! Change is an outgrowth of learning, which ultimately makes it a transformation. So how do we cultivate this change – transformation, from within? How do we build skills that we, as individuals can experience and apply to our daily existence now and tomorrow, regardless of our environments?
In a world of continuous challenges, both global and personal – we need certain skills in order to survive, thrive and ultimately grow. These skills cannot be taught until we experience them. How can cooperation, critical thinking, communication, digital literacy, grit, creativity, and initiative, be incorporated into our work?
Spyros Soulis comes to the TEDxPatras 2022 stage to provide us with all the answers and invite us on a learning journey – a transformation – that spans classrooms, online environments and mountain ranges. A journey that has proven to him conclusively that when we plan together, we grow, succeed and ultimately change.
Spiros Soulis has been involved in educational industry contexts for over 35 years, working to ensure access and worthwhile learning experiences for various cohorts of learners. At RMIT University his roles included teaching and coordinating the Youth and Community Services Programs and then moving into senior roles in learning particularly in the area of designing learning within the online space. Finally culminating in managing and driving change across the university in program development.
